More than 30 years in the making, La Bahia opens its doors just weeks before our Sea Stars Gala—making this one of the very first public events at Santa Cruz’s most anticipated new destination. Be part of the moment as we gather a powerful mix of ocean champions, community leaders, philanthropists, elected officials, business executives, and conservationists.

The evening features an elegant dinner, fine wines, auction, and compelling program remarks—including a keynote from our Foundation Co-Chairperson, former U.S. Secretary of Defense Leon Panetta. We’ll honor this year’s Sea Star Award recipients and enjoy surprise appearances by foundation ambassadors, including two-time world champion surfing dog, Rippin’ Rosie.
